She holds a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from Florida Atlantic University and completed a minor in Psychology and Spanish. Postgraduate studies included additional training obtaining the credential as an Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy (IFMNT) from Next Level Functional Nutrition, and additional certifications from The Institute for Functional Medicine ( IFM). This specialized training equipped her with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to address the underlying causes of health imbalances rather than simply treating symptoms.
