Miami Beach, FL.
Client Z is 39-year old male with multiple health issues such as obesity, sedentary lifestyle, insulin resistance (no insulin needed), hyperlipidemia, recurrent candida infections, sinus infections, alcohol abuse, mood disorders, inflammation, food intolerances, and digestive issues for 10+ years.
Biochemical labs such as Fasting Blood Sugar levels were analyzed and found to be at 125mg/dL, a diagnostic for pre-diabetes. A1C was found to be at 5.9. Other biochemical readings were analyzed in order to rule out any other possible infections and immune disorders. Nutrition prescription used involved a mixture or herbal supplements, probiotics containing multi-strains of lactobacillus and bifidum along with the ketogenic diet in which studies have suggested can help lower insulin to healthy levels.
A1C dropped to 5.4 within 3 months and lost a total of 16lbs.
